July summer festival. Beautiful floats being carried through the center of town. Heavy Taiko drums beaten to the rhythm of the march, or visa-verse. New Skyscraper in Kagoshima goes up. A student of mine gives me my new pet. Delicious summer snacks, Dango in this case. And Japanese girls playing in my house.
