Amazing month of surf and fun so far. Great waves. I got to spend a few hours at a festival with two friends. Day trip with the amazing 美人 Yukina, which was by far a perfect day. English/ Chinese class at 枕崎市民会館.

July 2011

July summer festival. Beautiful floats being carried through the center of town. Heavy Taiko drums beaten to the rhythm of the march, or visa-verse. New Skyscraper in Kagoshima goes up. A student of mine gives me my new pet. Delicious summer snacks, Dango in this case. And Japanese girls playing in my house.
